My opinion is that Harry was concerned about the Philosopher's Stone. Dumbledore reassures him by saying that the stone is already destroyed.

For me the most interesting sentence that Dumbledore said is “Relax dear boy the stone has been destroyed” because Harry can relax and don’t be only thinking at that.
