We use the present perfect to talk about experiences we have had in our live. We use it for past actions that matter today.
It's formed with the auxiliary verb " to have" in the present and the past participle of the verb. With regular verbs, you need to add -ed to make the past participle (the 3rd form of the verb). Irregular verbs have a special form.

    Structure
    Affirmative sentence
I/You/We/They have... He/She/It has...+ past participle (3rd form of verb)
    She has gone to work.
    Negative sentence
    I/You/We/They haven't ...He/She/It hasn't...+ past participle (3rd form of verb)
    I haven't talked to Elena.
    Interrogative sentence
Have I/ You/We/They + past participle (3rd form of verb)...? Has He/She/It + past participle (3rd form of verb)...?
    Have you been to London?
