THE 19th AND 20th CENTURY IN SPAIN

We are going to create an online timeline working together. Access this link: SPANISH HISTORY

1) Read all the information from the 19th Century until 1986 (it should only take you 5 minutes!)
2) Choose a date and write a comment summarising what happened that year. For example:

    S.C.C This is the correct comment.Sorry! 1968:Spanish lost territories in West Africa and countries like Equatorial Guinea got their independence.

    In 1898 --> All Latin American colonies win their independence, with Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Philippines in Asia lost during a disastrous war with the United States.
