AUTARCHY means that the economy depended only on Spanish resources. Spain didn't TRADE with other countries. The government abandoned autarchy because the country was almost BANKRUPT (no money, a huge economic crisis).

    IVM Violet, I have copied your corrections in red after my exercices done to have it like you. But almost all of them had the same but with other words or similar.
